Mr. Sanjay Nikam

He has worked with leading cement and building product material industries such as UltraTech cement ltd, Holcim-Ambuja cement ltd; Robo silicon Pvt Ltd, RMC Readymix ltd . He has more than 30 years of experience in Aggregate and sand industries and one of few in the country who was responsible for setting up aggregate in India. His area of expertise are Aggregate Strategy, Aggregate Operations and AGC marketing, Project and maintenance; Fly-ash marketing, Project and maintenance; Ready mix concrete. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering (B.E) from Mumbai University, Sanjay earned post-graduation diploma in Industrial Safety. As a young mechanical engineer he joined BASF and then Asian paints as maintenance manager. After gaining experience in project maintenance a great new opportunity came along at Clariant as Project manager. This is where he understood the workings of a corporate organization and the complexities involved in managing different projects thereby strengthening his management skills. His project management skills took him to work for RMC Readymix (India) Pvt. Ltd. in 2000. From General Manager (Operations) in 2000 to Vice President in 2008, he helmed the organization and the fledgling industry. The vast experience made Sanjay a natural choice for Robo Silicon pvtLtd as Chief Operating Officer(Aggregate business) in 2009. He then went on to work for Ambuja Cement as Sr. Vice President (Aggregate and New Business) and then for UltraTech Cement as Vice President-Head (Aggregate Business). Due to his rich experience in aggregates and business development, he has been a visiting faculty in IIT Bombay to Mtech and Btech students for inculcating his valuable knowledge.

Mr. Subodh Kasangottuwar

Subodh has worked with leading building product material, construction and mineral industries such as RMC Readymix (India), RMC Gulf Quarry (UAE), L&T, Continental Construction, Float Glass, Gammon, Dodsal etc. He has more than 25 years’ experience in Mining, Quarrying, Crushing of Aggregates & sand industry in India & abroad. His area of expertise is Mining & Quarrying which involves various controlled blasting techniques, setting up of Quarry& Crushing business, business development, Aggregates & sand strategy including Sales & Marketing of the products.

A graduate mining engineer BE-Mining in 1992 from Nagpur University did his Diploma in post-graduation in Material Management in 1998 and obtained Mines Managers Certificateissued by DGMS Dhanbad in the same period. He is one amongst very few in India who obtained ‘Certificate in International Quarry Operations’ from reputed Institute of Quarrying, Derby University, United Kingdom in 2013.

As a young mining engineer, he joined his career in Silica Mining Industry & got opportunity to establish one of the biggest Quartz mine & Silica Sand processing plant for Float Glass India Ltd till 1996. The desire& curiosity to work in remote environment, took him to join one of the biggest hydro-power project, 1500MW Nathpa Jhakri in Himachal Pradesh as Sr Manager with CFJV (Continental Foundation JV) in 1997. This is where he understood workings for mega project especially planning & execution of 450tph plant and responsibility of catering aggregates to entire project till 2000. After this he worked for various road, nuclear power & hydro-power projects in the capacity of heading Quarry & Crushing vertical till 2003. The vast experience in this industry made Subodh a choice to join RMC Gulf Quarry in UAE as Project In-charge for their commercial aggregates Quarry & Crusher till 2003. The management skills in this industry took him to work for RMC Readymix (India) in 2005 from Dy. Manager to Country Head – Aggregates in 2016.

During this tenure, with his knowledge, experience & strategy, he brought the company in the list of Commercial Aggregates Industry. Last but not the least, Subodh has always developed culture of HEALTH & SAFETY amongst his team and grabbed various safety awards for many organisations he served.

Mr. Vishal Naik

Vishal P Naik has 18 years of vast work experience in leading Construction Companies do carry out all types of works specialized in construction of Nuclear Power plants, Roads Projects, Bridges, Flyovers & National Highway Projects. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering (B-Tech) from JRN R V University, Udaipur, Rajasthan, accredited to NAAC, New Delhi. Vishal has pursued 3 Years Engineering Diploma in Mechanical stream from RNSRPM – Murudeshwar, Karwar, affiliated to Board of Technical Examination, Bangalore, Karnataka.

Worked as a Trainee Engineer at M/S Murudeshwar Ceramics Limited, Hubli from Jan-2001 to May-2002. Worked as an Engineering Assistant (Plant) at M/S Gammon India Limited, KGS Nuclear Power Project – Kaiga from 2002 to 2003. Continued as a Junior Engineer at M/s Gammon India Limited, Agra Makhanpur Road Project – Agra & Rajasthan from Oct 2003 to May 2006. Worked as a Business Manager at M/S RMC Readymix (India), (A Division of Prism Cement Limited) formerly known as M/S Prism Johnson Limited from May-2006 to Nov-2018.
